PRICES

In case of delays, backorders, or out of stock products, we aim to inform you as soon as possible and explain what we can do, such as offering a refund or helping you find a similar product elsewhere.


PAYMENT

Reliefr accepts payment with VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, iDEAL, Klarna, Bancontact Apple Pay, Google Pay, American Express, Shop Pay, Mobilepay, and PayPal. Payment will only be charged from your account once the product has been shipped. All prices are in euro and include VAT.


RESERVATION OF FUNDS

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be reserved immediately. The amount will remain reserved on your card or account until:

• we charge the amount when the product is shipped, or
• the amount is released according to the agreement with your card issuer.

You can read more about the rules for your specific card with your card issuer. We do not charge any card fees.


DELIVERY

Reliefr aims to ship orders placed before 11:00 on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped on the next business day.
We ship throughout Denmark.

We ship with DHL, Bring, PostNL, Posti Postal, Point Relais, and Hermes for home delivery or parcel shop.

Please note: if there is no available space at the selected pickup point, the package will be redirected to the nearest pickup point. You will receive a notification about this. If you experience any issues, please contact customer service.

Your order is usually delivered within 2 to 4 business days.


WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of consumer protection law apply.
You therefore have a 2 year warranty on manufacturing and material defects.

If your complaint is justified, you are entitled to repair, replacement, refund, or a price reduction, depending on the situation.

The warranty does not apply to damage caused by improper use of the product or its packaging.

You must report complaints within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. Complaints reported within 2 months of discovery are always considered timely.

If a complaint is justified, we reimburse reasonable shipping costs. The product must always be returned properly packaged. Keep your shipping receipt so we can refund the shipping costs.

Returns, complaints, and the use of the right of withdrawal are handled through our warehouse.

Please note: do not send packages without prior notice. Always contact us first via info@reliefr.com. We do not process unannounced packages and only accept shipments that have been properly registered.


LIFETIME WARRANTY

We offer a lifetime warranty on selected products. You will see during checkout whether this warranty applies to your product.

The lifetime warranty functions as an extended warranty. By law you have 2 years warranty on production defects. With the lifetime warranty you are covered for the entire lifetime of the product.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or user fault.


EXTENDED RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As a consumer you have an extended withdrawal right of 30 days with us. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day you placed your order. Note that this is not from the date you receive your order.

If you receive your order later than 2 weeks after purchase, the legally required withdrawal right of 14 days applies. This means you always have at least 14 days withdrawal rights.

This means you have 30 days from the order date to inform us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to info@reliefr.cm or use the standard withdrawal form found at the bottom of the terms and conditions.

You cannot cancel the purchase simply by refusing delivery without notifying us at the same time.

Please note: we offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee with one important condition

The guarantee only applies if you experienced no effect or relief.

If you did experience improvement or relief, the normal 14 day withdrawal period from the date of receipt applies.

This means:

No effect: up to 30 days right to a refund
Effect and pain free: 14 days return right

We apply this rule to prevent misuse and continue offering fair and risk free purchases.

PARTIAL WITHDRAWAL OF A PURCHASE

If you purchased multiple products, you may return one or more items, even if they were bought in the same order. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded if you cancel part of your purchase.

Returns with quantity discounts

If you return part of an order that was part of a quantity discount promotion, the discount will be cancelled.

Example:

An order was placed for 2 products
1 product costs €139
2 products cost €239 (you save €100)

The saving only applies to product number 2. This means that if you return one product, you will receive a refund of €100 minus shipping costs, which is the price of product number 2, not half of €239.


RETURNS

After notifying us of withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the product.

You are responsible for return shipping costs and liable for damage during transport. The risk remains with you from delivery until we receive the returned product.

Ensure the product is properly packaged. Preferably include a copy of the order confirmation to speed up processing.

We can arrange a return label for you. The cost is 9 euro, which will be deducted from the refund. Contact us via info@reliefr.com.

Do not send packages without notice. Only properly registered returns will be accepted.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing the package without informing us.


UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES

If a package is not collected within 7 days at a pickup point, it will be returned to us. The costs charged by the carrier will be passed on to you.

If you want the package resent, you must pay the shipping costs again.


CONDITION OF THE PRODUCT WHEN RETURNED

You are only liable for depreciation if it results from use beyond what is necessary to evaluate the product as you would in a physical store.

If the product has been used more than allowed, it will be considered used, and the refund may be partially or fully reduced depending on the remaining value. In some cases only the shipping costs will be refunded.

We recommend returning the product in the original packaging. Missing packaging may lead to depreciation.

For a full refund, the product may only be tested, not used.


REFUNDS

If you withdraw your purchase, you will receive the amount you paid. Any depreciation will be deducted.

We will refund all payments received, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

We may delay the refund until we receive the product or until you provide proof of return shipment.


PRIORITY SHIPPING AND INSURANCE

If you choose priority shipping and insurance, your order will be processed first in our warehouse, which usually results in faster delivery.

The insurance covers damage to the product during transport, but not damage to the packaging. If you receive a damaged product, contact customer service and include photos of both the product and the packaging.


REVIEWS

We use reviews through Trustpilot and product reviews. These are separate systems. Product reviews are managed through Trustoo.io and are only shown when they come from real customers who have placed an order with us.

You therefore read 100% honest. verified reviews, both on the product page and on Trustpilot.

Reliefr’s operates its mobile messaging service. By using the service, you accept these terms. We may change or discontinue the service or the terms at any time.

By signing up for our SMS service, you agree to receive recurring messages, even if your number is registered on a do not-call list. Messages may include promotions, offers, and reminders.

The service is voluntary and not required to make a purchase. We do not charge for the service, but you are responsible for any charges from your mobile provider. Message frequency may vary.

You can unsubscribe at any time by texting STOP or by using the unsubscribe link in the message. You will receive a one-time confirmation message.

If you live in another EU country other than the Netherlands, you may submit a complaint via the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.
