30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the day your order is placed. If you wish to return the product within 30 days, please contact us at info@reliefr.com. It is important that you send the product within 30 days to exercise your right of withdrawal.
RETURNS
You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs and liable for any damage that occurs during transport. This means you bear the risk of the product from the moment of delivery until we have received the returned item.
When returning a product, you are responsible for properly packaging it. To speed up the process, we kindly ask you to include a copy of the order confirmation inside the package.
If you would like to return a product to us, we can provide a return label. The shipping costs will then be deducted from the refund of the purchase amount. Using our return label costs 9 euros. Send us an email at info@reliefr.com so we can arrange the return label for you.
For second-grade products, the customer is not entitled to a 14-day return right or satisfaction guarantee.
Please note: do not send packages to the address without prior notice. Always contact our support first via info@reliefr.com before returning products. We do not process unannounced packages only those sent to the correct address through our return portal are accepted.
You cannot cancel the purchase by simply refusing the package without first notifying us.
REFUNDS
If you withdraw from your purchase, you will receive a refund of the amount you paid. In the case of depreciation for which you are responsible, this amount will be deducted from the refund. When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments made by you, including delivery costs, will be refunded without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after we have received your notice of withdrawal. Additional costs resulting from a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery will not be refunded.
The refund will be made using the same payment method the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise. We may delay the refund until we have received the product, unless you have already provided proof of return shipment.
DEPRECIATION
The most common reason for depreciation in returned products is the absence of the original packaging. The packaging is an important part of the presentation and resale value of the product. Without the original packaging, we unfortunately cannot resell the product as new.
In these cases, we charge a depreciation fee of 25 % of the product price, reflecting the expected reduction in the product’s market value.
